WARRANTIES AND RETURNS:

The warranty for manufacturing defects for our jewelry enters a maximum period of fifteen calendar days counted from the day of purchase.

It does not cover the natural wear that the product suffers with the use, nor the damages originated by bad use of the same one, such as:

– Dents or submissions of the product.

– Breakage of chains or bracelets.

– Breakage or loss of precious stones, or wear and tear of the jewelry due to misuse.

– Damage caused to the jewelry by contact with: sweat, chlorine, salt water, chemicals, cleaning products, makeup, hot water, perfumes, creams and lacquers.

– Change of the natural state of the precious or semi-precious stone.

The return must be made to the producer of the piece in the same conditions in which it was received. Transportation costs and other costs involved in the return of the good will be covered by the consumer.

The product is sent to the company’s workshop where it will be reviewed by the respective technician giving response for jewelry in five working days and for special products in fifteen working days. The time indicated does not include the time required for the repair of the product.

The product is purchased under reservation, the production and delivery time will be 15 working days from the date of purchase.
